Drunken yobs in Exeter could have their names and photographs displayed on a new police web service, under a crackdown on drink- fuelled disorder.

Since the police's three strikes campaign was launched in November, 2005, 34 people have been handed a second strike or red card, banning them from pubs and clubs in the city for a year.
