WASTE and recycling collections in Mid Devon have been suspended until Monday because of the severe weather.
Mid Devon District Council said brown bins from households with alternate weekly collections will not be emptied during the week as the contents were liable to freeze in cold weather. But there are due to be recycling and black sack collections.See the full content of this document
