Townhouse has Cottage Bonus

Summary

ST BREOCK is a substantial Grade II listed Georgian townhouse in the heart of the old mid Devon market town of Crediton. The property has undergone extensive restoration and modernisation during recent years and retains numerous period features. The main house has a rather grand Georgian facade, with the front part of the house believed to date to 1805 and the rear being 18th century. After being purchased by the present owners, the adjoining cottage - formerly known as St Breock Cottage - has been joined to the main house by an internal access.

The cottage has its own parking, garage, private front courtyard and patio areas to the rear, plus separate central heating and hot water arrangements. Currently it is utilised as part of the main accommodation.
