Summary
A TEENAGER who failed to report to the police station twice last week has appeared in court. Adam Scott, 18, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching bail conditions to report to Exmouth police station and causing Pounds 100 damage to a police cell by scratching his name on the door, on May 28.
The court heard that Scott failed to attend the police station on two days last week. He was stopped and checked by police in Honiton, on Saturday, and was arrested. Exeter Magistrates' Court heard that once in custody he was seen on camera to bite and scratch the cell door and was warned about his behaviour but carried on.See the full content of this document
