BRENTFORD striker Ben Strevens is today aiming to show Exeter City they were wrong to not offer him a contract over the summer. The former Dagenham & Redbridge hitman visited St James's Park in June to hold talks with City boss Paul Tisdale and look around the area.

But the Grecians didn't make the 29-year-old a concrete offer and the Bees subsequently snapped him up on a free transfer.
