ONE in five boys aged 14-15 have dabbled in illegal drugs, with an increasing number taking "legal highs", according to new research by a team in Exeter. A wide-ranging survey into children's behaviour which may affect their health has found that substances such as mephedrone are being used by youngsters in some schools.
Overall, the Schools Health Education Unit, based in Exeter, has found that the number of 10-to 15-year-olds smoking, drinking alcohol and using illegal drugs has dropped since a peak in the mid 1990s.See the full content of this document
