MORE evidence of house prices in Devon continuing to rise has come in the latest UK housing market survey from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
The poll published today revealed the South West was faring better than the national average, with 40 per cent of surveyors reporting a rise rather than a fall in prices in October, up from 29 per cent the previous month.See the full content of this document
