STEPHEN Owen's onslaught on me, Points of view, September 12, is a politician's attack -- if you cannot deny what the opposition says, deny something which they did not say.
I never denied that John the Baptist baptised in the Jordan, nor that Philip and the Ethiopian both went down into water. We do not need Mr Owen's "indication" because Acts 8:38 says that they did. They did not go under the water or it was a strange baptism.See the full content of this document
