Regarding the letter Two more cyclists showing stupidity, Points of view, November 20, I'm interested to know how the skidding cyclist was breaking the Highway Code.
Presuming that he was not breaking the speed limit, his fault seem to have been only that he was travelling faster than would have been recommended for the road conditions.See the full content of this document
