An anonymous caller may hold vital information as to who shot Smokey.
The 12-year-old cat had to be put down after its spine was severed by an air rifle pellet in a shooting in Wonford, Exeter, this month. Owners Les Russon and Colin Chipping, put up a reward for information and the RSPCA launched an investigation.
