Exeter Chiefs' supremo Tony Rowe has appealed to the club's supporters and members to back a planning application that would permit them access into the Premiership - should they win National League One and gain promotion.
The club's architects have registered a planning application with Exeter City Council to boost Sandy Park's capacity from 8,000 to 13,956 with an extension to the grandstand and the addition of stands to the north, east and south of the ground.See the full content of this document
