IT is not often you crack open you egg for breakfast and it immediately doubles in quantity. But that's what happened to Ron Gibson, 62, of Exmouth, who was making breakfast for his family last week when he came across a double egg Ron's daughter, Marie, 30, said: "Dad was busy cooking, when he suddenly started shouting 'quick, come and see this'.
