I FEEL I have to write in response to your front page L-plate chaos is driving us right round the bend, Echo, September 17.
Do these moaning people have nothing better to do than count the driving school cars driving around where they live? I suspect the majority of them are drivers themselves. I wonder if, when they were learning, they spared any consideration for the residents in the roads that they were practising in? I think not.See the full content of this document
