EXETER-based pub company Heavitree Brewery warned trading conditions for landlords remain "difficult" as it reported an increase in profits.
The firm made an operating profit of Pounds 1.4 million in the 12 months to October 31 last year, up 7.7 per cent on a year earlier. Turnover was down nearly 20 per cent to Pounds 7.4 million in the first full year since it closed its managed pubs division to concentrate on its leased and tenanted estate.See the full content of this document
