PLANS for the redevelopment of a major city shopping area have been unveiled by the city council. The Echo revealed plans by the council to improve Cowick Street in St Thomas earlier this year.
The authority and a steering group of residents and traders have been fine tuning the plans, which are now going out to public consultation and include new trees, flowers, artwork and the possibility of a Britain in Bloom entry.See the full content of this document
