POLICE carried out a school prom night raid to check taxis, stretch limousines and novelty vehicles.
Officers joined up with council officials before the prom at Exmouth Pavilion, taking one vehicle off the road and dealing with another, a former fire engine, for displaying blue lights when not an authentic emergency vehicle.See the full content of this document
