As a pilgrim travelling to Lourdes last month from Exeter International Airport, I would like to commend the airport staff for their kindness and efficiency in helping so many sick and disabled, both in the airport and on boarding the aeroplane.

We have used this airport for many years to travel to and from Lourdes and each year have been met with the greatest help and co- operation.
