David Hayes, 43, of Salmon Pool Lane, Exeter, is accused of re- installing a computer operating system in Richmond, Surrey, in an attempt to overwrite illegal images, prior to police seizure of that computer, with intent to pervert the course of justice, between January 6, 2008 and January 8, 2008.See the full content of this document
