A YOUNG woman drowned after being cut off by the rising tide during a visit to her mother's seaside home.

Emma Hall's purse, mobile phone and other personal possessions were found in a cove near Dawlish Warren The 20-year-old suffered from frequent epileptic attacks, but an inquest recorded an open verdict because the coroner could not be certain what happened to Miss Hall, who lived with her boyfriend in Reading, Berkshire.
