I would like to point out that not all blue badge holders are entitled to a "free tax disc" as Steve Coombes put it, Blue badge holders can afford to pay, Points of view, January 7. My late husband was a blue badge holder for the last two years 11 months of his life and he was not entitled to a free tax disc and I am sure there are many others who aren't.
And who is Mr Coombes to say blue badge holders can afford to pay anyway? We might have been in a position to pay but many others are not.See the full content of this document
