AWARD-winning local house builder Devonshire Homes will be releasing the first apartments on Saturday and Sunday, October 3 and 4 at Old Mill Court, Tiverton.
The release of the apartments coincides with the start of construction on the small block which consists of just 10 apartments. It is currently anticipated that the first completion should be at the end of May 2010.
