Teignbridge mp Richard Younger-Ross is backing a campaign aimed at highlighting the plight of householders who are struggling to heat their homes.
In Teignbridge, 12 per cent of households are said to live in fuel poverty. Between 2000 and 2005, there were 64 excess winter deaths linked to cold homes, most of them involving pensioners, and Mr Younger-Ross fears that higher energy prices could cause more problems.See the full content of this document
