Why not try pheasant hot pot served with shredded Savoy cabbage and chestnuts, which serves 10. You will need:. 2 large savoy cabbages. Olive oil. 2 cloves of garlic peeled and finely sliced. 1tsp fennel seeds crushed. 1 dried chili. 300ml vegetable stock. 100g vacuum packed chestnuts. 2 knobs of butter. Sea salt, ground black pepper Method: Tear off the outer cabbage leaves, wash them, roll them out and finely chop, not using the core.
