Regarding the story Crew risk grounding to rescue dinghy, Echo, July 3, I'm glad to see that yet again the Exmouth lifeboat crews have been doing their stuff.

But could I ask you, please, to stop referring to the Trent class Forward Birmingham as "ocean-going"? It's a hugely capable lifeboat but even a Trent won't take you to America.
