Last week the inspectors' report on the draft regional spatial strategy was published - 500 pages of stuff, originally consulted on by the soon-to-be-defunct regional assembly (the Labour Party's failed attempt at regional government), then subjected to an examination in public from which the inspectors' report is produced.
