EXETER Tennis Centre star Jack Findel-Hawkins was a winner for the second year running at the Torbay Open.
After capturing the boys' 14-and-under singles title last year, Findel-Hawkins won an all-Exmouth 16-and-under final against Oskar Wynne 4-6, 6-0, 6-4.
