I AM correct in thinking, am I not, that much has been made by supporters of the new university tuition fee scheme because repayments will begin only when graduates start earning more than Pounds 21,000 a year and that furthermore this figure will be adjusted annually to take account of inflation.
However, what may not be so well known is that this annual inflationary adjustment will not start until 2017.See the full content of this document
