A HOMELESS man who told a police officer he would murder him has been told by a court to stay out of trouble.
James Betts, 36, came to police attention after being abusive to shoppers in Marks & Spencer in High Street, Exeter, on Friday, November 5. Officers were called to the store at 2pm, after receiving reports that Betts was asking for money.See the full content of this document
