SINGER-SONGWRITER Helen Watson returns to Otterton Mill, near Budleigh Salterton, tomorrow to perform with guitarist Mark Cresswell. Mill favourite Helen is one of a kind and her unique sound crosses the boundaries between blues, soul, jazz and folk.
