Former Exeter University student and British no.1 Sam Smith has suggested that more tennis players could benefit by being allowed to finish their further education.
Smith was Britain's top female player between 1996 and 1999 and she competed in all four Grand Slams, but that was after she spent three years earning a history degree at the University of Exeter, which she believes aided her professional career.See the full content of this document
