DEVON fire officers have put out a special reminder to hotel and bed-and-breakfast operators after the owners of a hotel in Cornwall where three people died in a fire were fined in court this week.
The fire at the Penhallow Hotel in Newquay saw the owners fined Pounds 80,000 and ordered to pay Pounds 62,000 costs for breaching two fire regulations.See the full content of this document
