Now that MPs have done a good job of eradicating many of the post offices in the South West, perhaps one day, when they find themselves no longer messing up the lives of people, and they find themselves perhaps living somewhere out in the country, with no amenities, they will get an idea of just what they have done.

Maybe then they will realise, all too late, that for some of the community, contact with the local post office was their lifeline and the people running the post office the only people they see all day.
