ENTRY forms for the 12th annual Michelmores 5K charity run are now available and organisers are expecting places to fill quickly for the popular event which takes place this year on Tuesday, June 7. The race, which has raised in excess of Pounds 200,000 for local charities over the last 11 years, will be fundraising this year for Hospiscare and for the Express & Echo's We Care Campaign.

Race administrator Sarah Coleman said: "For the second year the course will start on the quayside near the canal basin and finish at the Double Locks Hotel but we have refined it in places.
