Exeter youngsters from ethnic minorities have been recruited to tell other children about their lives as part of a new scheme to celebrate diversity in Devon's schools and prevent bullying and racism.

It is hoped creating the new "cultural champions" will also help the teenagers feel less isolated and improve their performance in lessons and exams.
