Summary
While i appreciate our local council has to raise funds from any direction it can in order to increase money available for various other facilities in the area, I am disgusted with the recent announcement that free disabled spaces, are going to be discontinued in two main car parks in Exeter in the new year.
It is the start of what will surely become all spaces eventually being taken away from residents, who, through no fault of their own, have to struggle with numerous aspects of their lives, due to unfortunate health problems they would much rather be without.See the full content of this document
