HOMELESS man Tony Munro has admitted causing a drunken disturbance outside the city residential block where he used to live.

Munro, 38, of no fixed abode, was given a six-month conditional discharge after admitting being drunk and disorderly in Grendon Road, Heavitree, at Central Devon Magistrates' Court in Exeter.
