EXETER'S County Ground is once again on the planning agenda as developer Bellway seeks to alter its scheme.
Bellway Homes South West, which was granted permission for 100 homes on the site in St Thomas, wants to increase the number of homes while reducing the number of flats. There would be an overall reduction of six homes on the north-west corner of the site which fronts on to Tin Lane. The Echo has already learned from Bellway it wants the change to reflect a shift in the housing market.See the full content of this document
