I THINK Connel Boyle has had a severe attack of amnesia since he left the Labour benches of the city council to become a Tory candidate.

As a member of the Exeter committee of county councillors, I can confirm that at every opportunity since he was elected to Devon County Council in May 2005, Councillor Rob Hannaford has been consistent in his demand for more secondary school places west of the Exe.
