A DEVON town wants its pay and display street parking arrangements to be reviewed. Teignmouth councillor Donald Baldey said he was asking for re-negotiation of the parking regime in the town, after the Echo reported Devon County Council's U-turn over plans to put parking meters in town centre streets.

Following months of protests, Devon County Council announced it had taken parking meters off the agenda for some Devon towns.
