CONSUMER Direct, run by the Office of Fair Trading has revealed its top complaints received by calls from consumers in 2010 at its South West centre.
The overall total of complaints was 132,415 - not including emails and repeat callers - of which the top 20 accounted for 40,374 Used cars purchased from independent dealers top the poll with 8,662, followed by car repairs and services at independent garages on 2,579.See the full content of this document
