A NEW consultation which aims to tackle anti-social behaviour across Devon has been welcomed by a Devon MP.
East Devon's Hugo Swire said that for far too long anti-social behaviour had created havoc in communities across the region. Research found there were more than 10,000 incidents a day in 2008- 9 across England and Wales.See the full content of this document
