Court proceedings have been formally halted ag- ainst a 65-year- old Exmouth man who died in a cliff fall before being sentenced for an under-age sex offence.
Judge Graham Cottle yesterday said he was officially taking no further action in the case against Roger Cowd, of Ryll Grove, whose body was found beside cliffs on Exmouth beach.
