MATTHEW Clark's joy at recording a personal best time was short- lived following Sunday's Cardiff half marathon shambles.
The Exmouth runner initially thought he had sliced two-and-ahalf minutes off his best time as he crossed the finish line in 71min 27sec. But this week Clark discovered the course was 0.12 miles short of the statutory 13.1, meaning all of Sunday's times are invalid.See the full content of this document
