UNDER-15S BUDLEIGH Salterton's excellent season continued when they reached the last-16 of the national under-15s cup with victory over Wellington. The East Devon side won by 70 runs -- their 14th victory in 14 this summer -- and are now through to the regional finals day at Weston-super-Mare.
Budleigh batted first against Wellington and, after losing a couple of early wickets, captain Elliott Rice and Aaron Conway helped get them up to 159 from their 20 overs. The pair put on more than 80, with Rice retiring on 50 and Conway on 54.See the full content of this document
