I HAVE read in the Express & Echo about noise behaviour and how Exeter City Council has dealt with it, Council committed to action after topping noisy neighbours table, Echo, July 2. I can assure you that nothing has been done about the blaring music here in Wayside Crescent and some of the residents are very elderly.
The noise, which is sometimes quite deafening, has been reported in the past, but nothing has been done.See the full content of this document
