Outgoing Crediton United chairman Dave Blanchford has praised Exeter City for agreeing to play a friendly to mark his departure from the club after 44 years' service.

Grecians boss Paul Tisdale will send a side - albeit one made up mostly of youth team players - to play at Lords Meadow tonight, just 24 hours after City's pre-season friendly against Southampton at St James's Park.
