RESIDENTS in the Rydons area of Exeter are invited to a meeting this month in the hope of forming a residents association. The purpose of the group is to "promote a sense of community spirit" on the estate and make dealing with issues, such as anti-social behaviour, more efficient, as well as organising more community events.
