THE family of an air ambulance pilot who was killed in a motorbike crash say they will have to live with never knowing the cause of the accident.

Stephen Ford, of Bradham Lane, Exmouth, died instantly after he was thrown through a bedroom window when his motorcycle left the road. The 52-year-old had been driving along the B3193 Dunsford to Chudleigh road in the Teign Valley when he crashed into the garage roof of Turnpike Cottage.
